Each artwork is an original, handcrafted sculptural piece made to order. Due to the handmade fabrication process — including heat forming, shaping, printing, and finishing — no two pieces will be identical. Minor variations in shape, placement, curvature, and overall appearance are an inherent and intentional part of the artwork.
Digital mockups and proofs are provided as design references to approve artwork, spelling, layout, and overall composition. The final sculptural piece may vary slightly from the digital proof due to the handcrafted nature of the fabrication process.
Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, all design decisions are considered final. Because each piece is custom-made specifically for the client, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or complimentary remakes will not be provided for changes in preference, perceived visual differences, or expectations after proof approval. Any client-requested modifications will incur additional fees, which will be reflected in the final invoice.
